In 1996, she founded INX Services Private Limited, a recruitment firm in Kolkata, and later co-founded INX Media in Mumbai in 2007. Her leadership in INX Media earned her recognition, including being named among the '50 Women to Watch' by The Wall Street Journal in 2008.
