Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹495. Otherwise, a ₹50 charge applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is free above ₹990. Otherwise, a ₹100 charge applies.


Order Processing

  • Prepaid orders are given preference over COD orders, which may result in a 2–3 working day delay for COD shipments.

  • COD orders with more than one active order for the same customer and totaling above ₹1500/- are not permissible at the same time.

    • These will be dispatched in multiple shipments, one after another, only after the previous one is marked "DELIVERED".

    • This is to avoid cancellations and returns due to unforeseen issues with the logistics team.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a mail/message with tracking details.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days post dispatch.


Cancellations & Edits

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited once shipped.

  • For paid orders canceled before shipment, only a credit note will be issued—no refund.


COD Order Verification

  • All COD orders will be verified via message before shipment.

  • If the customer does not approve the COD order within one week, it will be automatically cancelled.


Return Policy for COD Orders

  • If a COD order is returned undelivered or cancelled, the customer will only be able to place their next order through the prepaid option.

  • Alternatively, the customer must bear logistics expenses (to and fro) in advance to place the next order using COD.


Disputes & Non-Delivery

  • For non-delivery or any disputes, customers must notify us within 15 days of order processing.

  • If no complaint is received within this period, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
