Shipping Details

Shipping is free above ₹495 on prepaid payment otherwise ₹50 charge and Cash on delivery is free above ₹990 otherwise ₹100 charge.

Prepaid orders will be given preference over COD  orders which might result in delay for COD shipments by 2 - 3 working days

COD orders, more than one for the SAME CUSTOMER and above ₹1500/- is NOT PERMISSIBLE at the same time. It will be dispatching in multiple shots one after another, when first shows DELIVERED as due to uncertain reasons (with logistics team) to avoid and reduce  chances of CANCELLATION and RETURN.

Once the order is confirmed and we dispatch it,you will get mail/message accordingly to track your order.

It usually takes 3-7 working days to deliver after dispatch.

ORDER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION/ EDIT, POST SHIPMENT. 

Only a CREDIT NOTE is permissible for paid orders that are canceled for any reason before shipment.

All orders placed using COD as payment method will be verified through message before shipment.

COD order will be cancelled automatically if not approved by the customer within a week of placing the order.

AS PER OUR RETURN POLICY,
COD order, if returned undelivered / CANCELLED EARLIER then customers are only able to process next time with PREPAID OPTION.

OR bear logistics to and fro expenses PRIOR, TO PROCESS WITH COD option.

For non-delivery or in case of any dispute, please inform us within 15 days of order processing. If no complaints are received within the said period, the order will be considered delivered.
