About the Authors

Dave Logan is a management consultant, professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, and co-founder of CultureSync. He is widely known for his work on organizational culture, leadership, and workplace behavior. Logan has authored several influential business books, including Tribal Leadership, and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication. Together, Zaffron and Logan combined their expertise in leadership, language, and organizational psychology to write The Three Laws of Performance, a book focused on transforming people and organizations through changes in perception and communication.
