Book Summary – 

The Maze Runner (2009) is the first book in a bestselling dystopian science fiction series by James Dashner. James Dashner is an American author born in 1972 in Georgia, USA. After earning a degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, he shifted his focus to writing, eventually becoming a full-time author. Dashner gained early recognition with his 13th Reality series, but it was The Maze Runner that propelled him to international fame.

His writing style combines fast-paced plots, dystopian settings, and teenage protagonists who must grapple with complex ethical decisions and dangerous environments.
