About the Author – 

Munaf Kapadia is an Indian entrepreneur, MBA graduate from NMIMS, and founder of The Bohri Kitchen (TBK), a food enterprise built around his mother’s home-style Bohri cooking. His career began at Wrigley India, followed by four years at Google India, before he pivoted to entrepreneurship in 2015.

Under his leadership as "Chief Eating Officer," TBK grew from a home pop-up to a multi-location cloud kitchen operation with Bollywood celebrity patrons and media acclaim. Munaf was named to the Forbes India 30 Under 30 list in 2017.
