Book Summary 

Identity Theft is the second graphic novel in the Hardy Boys: Undercover Brothers series, written by Scott Lobdell and illustrated by Daniel Rendon. In this installment, teenage detectives Frank and Joe Hardy are drawn into a perplexing case involving a young woman named Joy Gallagher. Joy claims that another girl is living her life, inhabiting her body, and interacting with her family and friends as if she were Joy herself. The Hardy brothers must determine whether Joy's story is a figment of her imagination or if there's a deeper, more sinister truth behind her allegations. 

About the Author

Scott Lobdell is an American comic book writer born in 1963. He is best known for his extensive work with Marvel Comics, particularly his seven-year tenure on Uncanny X-Men. Lobdell has also contributed to various other comic series and has written for television. 

Daniel Rendon is a comic book artist who has illustrated several titles in the Hardy Boys Graphic Novel series. His contributions include Identity Theft, as well as other volumes such as Mad House, Malled, Sea You, Sea Me, and The Opposite Numbers. 

Together, Lobdell and Rendon bring the Hardy Boys' adventures to life, combining engaging storytelling with dynamic illustrations to captivate readers.
