About the Authors

Sanjeev Aggarwal is a veteran lifecycle investor and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in India's technology sector. He co-founded Daksh—a pioneering BPO firm acquired by IBM in 2004 and scaled to 20,000 employees—and later co-founded the venture capital firm Helion, which played a pivotal role in shaping India’s startup ecosystem. In 2017, he co-founded Fundamentum with Nandan Nilekani to support institution-building through investment and mentorship.

T. N. Hari is an IIT‑Madras and IIM‑Calcutta alumnus who wears many hats: entrepreneur, angel investor, author, and advisor in the startup ecosystem. He co-founded the Artha School of Entrepreneurship, has been part of leadership teams at multiple startups—including three that reached unicorn status—and has held executive roles including CHRO at BigBasket.
