Ankur Warikoo is an Indian entrepreneur, educator, content creator, and mentor. He launched and led Groupon India before founding and serving as CEO of Nearbuy.com (2015–19), and continues as a prominent online mentor and angel investor with over 7 million followers across platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

In early 2025, Warikoo transparently revealed on LinkedIn that Do Epic Shit (as well as his subsequent books) was written by ghostwriters—none of his books were actually authored by him personally, though he oversees the content direction.
