About the Author: 

Rakesh Anand Bakshi is a scriptwriter, actor, director, and author closely linked to the world of storytelling and Indian cinema. He is also the son of the legendary lyricist Anand Bakshi, and has written other books of conversations, such as Directors’ Diaries: The Road to Their First Film and Let’s Talk On Air: Conversations with Radio Presenters. Beyond writing, he is active in social causes: he founded Bicycle Angels, a nonprofit that donates bicycles and wheelchairs to the underprivileged and teaches computer skills to the visually impaired. He also runs a blog called Beautiful Bicycles Beautiful People which covers cyclists, their rides, and related stories. He enjoys swimming, cycling, gymming, and is passionate about personal conversations, biographies, cinema, and stories.
