About the Author

Kentaro Yabuki is a Japanese manga artist born on February 4, 1980, in Okayama, Japan. He is best known for his series Black Cat, which ran from 2000 to 2004 in Weekly Shōnen Jump and later adapted into an anime. Yabuki's other notable works include illustrating To Love Ru and To Love Ru Darkness alongside author Saki Hasemi, and writing and illustrating Ayakashi Triangle. He was mentored by Takeshi Obata, the illustrator of Death Note and Hikaru no Go.
