About the Author: 

John Sandford is the pen name of John Roswell Camp (born 1944), an acclaimed American novelist and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist. Early in his career, he earned the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing in 1986 for his powerful reporting on the Midwest farm crisis, and later launched a hugely successful fiction career.
