Its aim is to show Indian, Asian and World art, cinema and culture to the general public, and to bridge the gap between Western museum exhibition experience and Indian 'mela'. The theme of year 2009 is '500 Years of Violence Non Violence'. Selected work from the Osian's Archive and Library Collection, divided into 14 topics, was shown at two different venues.
